Unless everyone here has ridden both bikes and know what kind of rider you are, there's no way they can answer with a simple "Get the Giant"!
Both weigh just over 17lbs. Both have decent carbon frames. Both have Shimano Ultegra groupsets (althought the Felt has SL version which is lighter and better looking, but both versions are set to be replaced by Ultegra 2009 in the Summer time), both have very similar specs, both look great (although the Giant wins on looks in my opinion), they both have Mavic factory wheelsets (although the Felt has superior Ksyrium over the Giant's Askium) so it's all much of a muchness.
HOWEVER...
At this price point there's no way you should base your decision on a Yahoo! Answers, this is a massive amount of money to spend on a bike. You need to ride both bikes, preferably on the same day, because the two machines will handle and feel completely different. You need to find out which suits your riding style, and also they usually look completely different in the flesh than on the Internet - photographers are good at making things look good!
And while you're at it, test drive a Trek Madone.
