Rough Type: Another little IBM deal

Nick Carr reports IBM has announced a deal with Amazon that would allow clients to run its software on Amazon Web Services. This is kind of a big deal because it further solidifies Big Blue’s relatively new role as a consulting/services vendor and because it suggests Amazon Web Services is robust enough for enterprise applications.
